While humanitarian photography may seem like a combination of documentary, editorial, and photojournalism, its history has a long tradition of photographers advocating for change.
I’ve worked with several NGO and Government Agencies including AusAid,AIDAB, UHNCR, IOM, across the globe to produce images that have made a difference. In 2004 I received the UNAA Media Peace Award for my work exposing the ravages of HIV/AIDS in Papua New Guinea and a Walkley Award for my work in East Timor.
